Facilities and Outreach Coordinator

The Role:

Join our dynamic team at Sol Speech & Language Therapy, a leading speech and language therapy private practice, as a Facilities and Outreach Coordinator.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and a commitment to outstanding client service.

This is currently a part-time position, with the weekly time commitment ranging from 5-10 hours– great for those looking for a flexible work schedule, extra income, or a second job.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage outgoing mailings to insurance companies and clients, including printing, organizing, and delivery to USPS.
  • Oversee inventory tracking and ordering for our two clinic locations.
  • Schedule and supervise weekly cleaning, maintenance, and organization at our Austin clinic.
  • Plan and coordinate monthly cleaning, maintenance, and organization at our Round Round clinic.
  • Conduct community outreach initiatives at various PCP offices, dental offices, preschools, and ABA centers.
  • Manage key, badge, and uniform distribution for staff.

Requirements:

  • Preferred: 1 year of experience in an office environment.
  • Must be located in or around Austin, Texas.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
